Well hey, maybe it would help if you actually did something about my social anxiety. Did you ever even remotely consider that? Maybe I would talk more if I didn’t have a tiny heart attack every time I did.
I’ll just say this. If one were to lucid dream, don’t look into mirrors. You will see a distorted figure and your dream will turn into a nightmare. Also, if you were to ask people “am I dreaming?” they will reply with, “no you’re not”.
You can also tell if you’re dreaming by looking at a book, look away, then look back at the book to see if the text changed. this can also be done by looking at a clock.
also, if you constantly lucid dream, I recommend to write something on your hand. you’re going to stop seeing differences between reality and dreams, so having some big letter on your hand or something big on your body can help your tell the difference between reality and the dream world.
I don’t recommend lucid dreaming to anyone lol.This happened to me accidentally the other week, I had to scream to wake myself up I was crying and it was so horrible D:
